Any Filipino youth aged 15 to 30 who resides in the barangay may register as a member of the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK). Your SK Chairman validates your details before your profile is added to the official registry.

The SK Chairman manages youth and events at the barangay level. The PPSK (Pederasyon President) oversees all SK councils across barangays. The DILG serves as the system superadmin, providing oversight and administration for the whole platform.
